Fall 2020 Average Velocity Gain of 5.6mph per player! (8mph top gain - 2mph lowest gain)
Weighted ball throwing program for all players 13+. All positions are welcome to join and will benefit from this program. The program provides 3x per week throwing options. We suggest the athlete attends a minimum of 2x per week to get best results. Over the past 5 years of using the program our athletes have gained between 2-11mph on their long toss throw. This is not a program that focusses on technique of throwing, but more so output and strengthening of existing throwing motion.
In addition classes consist of several strength training exercises to supplement throwing training.
Position specific throwing will blend program to suit your position with useable velocity!
Sessions: 1hr in length
Times: Monday 8:15pm & 9:15pm/ Wednesday 8:30pm & 9:30pm / Friday 7:15pm & 8:15pm
Students: Max of 8 per class (unless Covid protocols change) (1 pass left)
2x per week: $600 (24 classes- $25 per class)
3x per week: $750 (36 classes- $20.83 per class)
Payment: 2 Payment option available- $400 + $200/$350
Dates: January 4 - April 7 (*no classes Feb 15, April 2)
