Phase 1 - Hit with Power / Gain Foot Speed / Gain 3-5 mph Velocity! (Oct - Dec)

The program is 1 hour each session. Sessions run twice per week, or three times per week for maximum results. The emphasis of this program is functional fitness to increase joint integrity, strength, and endurance, as well as to increase velocity (speed) of throwing by 3 to 5 mph!

Session Times: Monday, 8:15 p.m. / Wednesday, 7:45 p.m. / Friday 5:30-645pm Pick two days, or all three!

Equipment:

Back extension / Rebounder / Speed ladder / Medicine balls / Twist conditioning pull up bars / Decker balls / and more!
